After receiving the order, customers have the right to return products within 14 calendar days. In all cases, returned products must be in the condition they were received.
Details:
- Products must be in excellent condition, without any damage or signs of use.
- They must also include all original documents and proof of purchase (e.g., Receipt, Invoice, etc.).
- If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Return Conditions:
To initiate a return, the customer must notify the store in writing (via email) at info@mavascreations.com.
The cost of shipping returned products is the customer’s responsibility.
Refund Process
After receiving and verifying the returned order, the store will issue a refund within 14 days to a bank account (IBAN) specified by the customer.
Refusal of Delivery
If an order has been executed and shipped, and the customer refuses to accept it at the time of delivery, then for the next order, payment must be made exclusively by debit/credit card.
Incorrect Shipment
In cases where products different from those ordered are delivered due to the store's fault, you can return the products. Before returning, please inform us via email at info@mavascreations.com. In this case, the return is free of charge.

For any order cancellations before shipping and delivery to the courier, please contact us by phone at (+357)97740769 or via email at info@mavascreations.com on the same day, providing your full name and order number.
