Shipping Methods
For Cyprus:
Orders are shipped with one of two partner companies: ACS Courier or Box Now.
- ACS Courier: You can pick up your package at the ACS branch you choose or at the specified address within 1-3 business days from the shipping dates
Charges:
At an ACS store: €3
To a specific address: €4
Cash on delivery fee: €1
- With BoxNow, your order is delivered within 2 business days to the locker you have selected.
Box Now shipping cost €2
For Greece:
Your order is shipped with Box Now and can be collected from the selected automatic pickup machine within 4 business days from the shipping date.
Box Now shipping cost €4
With purchases totaling €60 or more, shipping is free for both Greece and Cyprus!
If your order includes unavailable products, it will be delivered when those items are ready. We will contact you to inform you about the estimated delivery times.
MaVa is not responsible for any delays or issues regarding the delivery of packages after they have been handed over to the shipping company.
Payment Methods
You can pay for your order using the following methods:
- Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Card:You can use your card to pay for your order. Payment is completely secure. After filling in all the required information, you will be redirected to the secure site of our partner bank to enter your card details.
- Cash on Delivery (Available only for Cyprus):You can pay for your order at the ACS store or at the address you provided upon delivery.
- Bank Transfer:You can pay for your order via bank transfer. In this case, please deposit the total amount into the following account and email the deposit slip to info@mavascreations.com. It is essential to include your name in the transfer details. The order will be shipped only after we receive the deposit slip via email. If the bank deposit is not completed within 15 days, the order will be automatically canceled.
