My name is Mando, and my love for all things handmade began when I was a child! My first professional venture into handmade products started in 2013 in Greece, with my small workshop where I crafted handmade olive oil soaps.
In recent years, I’ve been living in Cyprus and, in 2022, I cautiously started creating scented, plant-based candles and decorative items made of cement. This creative process captivated me, and I fell in love with it just as much as I did with soap-making!
Gradually, with your support and love, this small venture is growing, and I am here to passionately craft beautiful, non-toxic, biodegradable, 100% vegan-friendly products that will scent your daily life and decorate your space!
MaVa is just at the beginning! I have many ideas that will come to life in time, and I would love to have you as companions on this "scented" journey!

Why I Use Soy Wax
Soy wax is a 100% plant-based wax produced from soybean oil. It is a natural, renewable resource, biodegradable, and when used with a natural wick, it provides a clean burn as it doesn’t come from petroleum-based products.
The benefits are many:

- The scent disperses evenly throughout the space and lasts longer.
- The fragrance is stronger and more potent, even when the candle is not lit.

Soy candles are a safer choice compared to paraffin, which may be a more economical option but is made from a non-renewable resource, petroleum by-products, and releases toxic substances when burned through soot production.
